ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Clay Shaw - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and marketing activities as a liaison between customer needs and our agency.
This Position requires a self-driven individual that is good with people and willing to work at various times including weekends. Some office work, some at outdoor events and some driving from business to business. Meaning this is not a boring, same thing everyday job. If you like to talk, this will be fun...

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer facing events.
- Assist customer needs with how we can help them.
- Engage new marketing opportunities.
- Build rapport with other businesspeople.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work independently as needed.
- Friendly personality and a love to interact with people.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field is NOT required.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
